Cancellation Policy

Booking & Registration Policy Advance Deadline: Registration closes 24 hours prior to the start of the first live session. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a seat. Enrollment is non-transferable to other individuals without prior written consent. Prerequisites: Learners must complete any mandatory pre-work or technical setup checks (e.g., Zoom/camera setup) at least 12 hours before class begins. Cancellation & Refund Policy Standard Cancellations: > 7 Days Before Start: Full refund (minus a 5% administrative/payment processing fee) or 100% transfer credit toward a future cohort. 3 to 7 Days Before Start: 50% refund or 100% transfer credit toward a future cohort. < 72 Hours Before Start: Non-refundable. No credit issued due to limited seat capacity and live instructor allocation. Instructor-Led Cancellations: If a session is canceled by the institution (e.g., instructor illness, emergency, under-enrollment), enrolled participants will receive the option for a 100% full refund or immediate priority transfer to the next available date. No-Shows & Partial Attendance: Missing a live session without prior notice forfeits the class fee. Makeup sessions or recordings are subject to the program's missed-class policy. Waitlist Policy Queue System: Once a cohort reaches maximum capacity, a waitlist of up to 10 participants opens automatically. Notification Window: If a seat becomes available, the first person on the waitlist receives an automated email/SMS invitation. Response Limit: Waitlisted candidates have 12 hours (shortened to 2 hours if within 24 hours of class start) to claim and pay for the seat before it automatically rolls to the next person in line. No Charge: Joining the waitlist is completely free; payment is only collected if a seat is claimed.
